Ingredients

Our mission is to introduce you to the wild, vibrant, and high-energy foods of nature that transform the wild, vibrant, and high-energy YOU.

Lessons from the wild — rooted, resilient, and untameable.

Take the dandelion, once an ancestral superfood and medicine, now the bane of every suburban lawn. Its resilience and ability to thrive despite pesticides and relentless removal embody the traits needed to flourish in a toxic society.

Similarly, the wild boar embodies the spirit of freedom and transformation. Once escaped from captivity, these animals grow tusks, wiry hair, and a give no shits attitude, exploding in untameable numbers.

To us, these species represent the qualities feral humans need to reclaim their suppressed essence and restore the raw spirit of humanity. That’s why you’ll find dandelion, wild boar, and other untamed options like spinach, fennel, wild mushrooms, elk, and venison featured in our Feral Foods menus.

What we eat shapes who we become.

Each ingredient is chosen to help you reconnect with your wild, vital self — carrying the codes of strength, resilience, and true nourishment.

Turkey

Powerful, lean, and instinct-driven, wild turkey channels vitality into every bite. Raised on open land and foraging naturally, it’s rich in clean protein and healthy fats that support balanced energy, muscle repair, and overall nourishment.

Dandelion

Once a sacred food and medicine of our ancestors, the dandelion now stands defiant against a world that tries to erase it. Resilient and untamed, it teaches us how to thrive and heal even in the most toxic landscapes.

Wild Boar

The wild boar embodies the untamed spirit of freedom and transformation — escaping captivity to grow tusks, bristle with wiry hair, and thrive without apology. A symbol of the feral resilience buried within us, it calls us to reclaim our raw, sovereign nature. Rich in protein, zinc, and iron, wild boar fuels strength, vitality, and the fierce restoration of the human spirit.

Moringa

Known as the "tree of life" or "miracle tree," moringa has long been revered in traditional healing systems in countries like India and Pakistan, due to its immense medicinal benefits. Rich in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds, it’s been used for generations to support wound healing, heart and liver disease, immunity, and even blood purification.

Venison

Graceful and alert, deer live tuned to nature’s rhythms, and their meat reflects that same precision: light, powerful, and pure. Grass-fed venison is high in protein, iron, and omega-3s, offering a leaner, cleaner alternative to traditional red meat while supporting heart and brain health.

Marjoram

Marjoram is used for its anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and digestive properties. By inhibiting acetylcholinesterase (AChE), marjoram improves cognitive function, while its antioxidant properties help protect the brain from damage linked to cognitive decline.

Bay Leaf

Bay leaf, sacred to the ancients, crowned the heads of Olympic champions and warriors alike, a living symbol of victory, protection, and strength. Beyond its storied past, bay leaf works quietly in the body to support digestion, reduce inflammation, and fortify the spirit against daily battles.

Leek

The leek, strong and self-reliant, grows tall with thick, sturdy leaves, thriving without need for constant care. It nourishes the body with gentle detoxification, immune support, and minerals pulled straight from the earth.

Elk

Built for survival and dominance, elk embody endurance and primal strength. Grass-fed and pasture-raised, elk meat is loaded with lean protein, iron, B12, and omega-3s, fueling heart health, immune function, and sustainable energy—without hormones or antibiotics.

Oregano

Once prescribed by Hippocrates himself, oregano is one of nature’s strongest antiviral and antibacterial herbs. It helps fight infection, combat resistant bacteria, and protect the body with a rich dose of antioxidants.
