Because all of our products are perishable, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. That said, if there’s an issue with your order — if something arrives damaged or incorrect — please reach out to us via our contact page as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to make it right.
Damages and Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if anything is damaged, defective, or not what you expected. We’re happy to help resolve any issues.
Non-returnable Items
All food products are non-returnable. We also don’t accept returns for personal care items, custom products, or anything considered hazardous or flammable. If you have a question about a specific product, don’t hesitate to reach out before ordering.
