Knife Sharpening

Sharp knives make cooking a pleasure again. Erik comes to your home in the Santa Ynez Valley and sharpens your kitchen knives on site, so they stay right in your kitchen.

Erik also keeps the knives sharp for restaurant kitchens such as Mattei's Tavern and Peasants Feast, along with private chefs around the valley.

How it works

• Book your visit for $50, which covers your first 5 knives
• Each knife after that is $10, paid to Erik at the visit
• Erik reaches out to set a time that works for you

Garden tools, shears, and other blades are welcome too. Erik will quote them on site.
