Everyday Keri Joy: Four Private Sessions

Everything I carry, made available to you.

Private lifestyle guidance for women, one on one with Keri Joy.

Four 75 minute sessions with me on Zoom. You are seen, heard, and supported the whole way through.

Founding rate: $1,111, before it rises for future members.

A gift for founding members. The Return, my 28 day course guided by the moon and your body. You begin on the New Moon after our four sessions, with lifetime access.

Reserve your place now. Sessions open with the New Moon, October 10. On that day your welcome email arrives with your questionnaire and booking details, and we choose your session times together.

Before. A short questionnaire about your everyday.

One and two. Be heard and seen. We begin with your whole story and where you want to go. Your Carry List follows within 48 hours of our second session. A bespoke written guide with the products, people, and practices I would recommend based on your biological blueprint today.

Three. The middle. Change gets messy and uncomfortable. This is where I hold you, so you keep going.

Four. Witness. We look at everything that has shifted and set what comes next. From here you are welcome to continue with me, session by session.

Five doors, and you choose where we begin:

• On your body. Skincare, beauty, personal care, and what you wear, down to natural fibers and grounding shoes.
• In your body. Pantry, kitchen, daily nourishment, and digestion.
• Around your body. Your home: what you clean with, sleep on, cook in, and breathe, and the frequencies you live in.
• Within your body. Nervous system, hormones, cycle, sex, creativity, aging, and perimenopause, told as a bigger story.
• Between. Relationship, polarity, and how you are met.

Everyday Keri Joy is education and lifestyle guidance drawn from my own experience and study.
