Yes. The gelatin used in our Maple Mallows is derived from grass fed bovine collagen. Gelatin is simply cooked collagen. It carries the same amino acid profile, including glycine.

What's the difference between collagen and glycine?
Collagen is a structural protein found in connective tissue. When collagen is broken down, whether by digestion or the cooking process that turns it into gelatin, it releases amino acids, the most abundant of which is glycine. So gelatin is a natural source of glycine, not a separate ingredient.

Why is glycine relevant to sleep?
